Apple Cup Open - LAST CALL!

Hello Friends,

For those who have not heard ........The Apple Cup Cafe has been selected as the Title Sponsor for the Men’s Club Annual Tournament. The Official new name is the “Apple Cup Open Golf Tournament

There is still time to register for the Apple Cup Open Tournament. Did you know this tournament offers golfers the following:

1. For $125.00, each participating golfer gets two rounds of golf (Saturday and Sunday) along with a cart.

2. There will be prize money for 3 player divisions. The tournament organizing committee has done a great job soliciting cash sponsorships from local businesses. Large Prize Money Vault!

3. There will be a Calcutta Auction of Teams on Saturday. If you've never seen Jim Oscarson run this team auction process you've missed a fun event.

4. They're off.....the Horse Race follows the Calcutta Auction. For the Horse Race you're paired with another golfer based on high/low handicap and all golfers start play on Hole #1 at the same time. The golfers on each team trade-off shots. Based on the scores of each hole teams are eliminated until one team is declared the winner. This is a Blast!

5. A Complimentary Lunch will be provided to all Golfers on Saturday.

6. There will be KP's on all Par 3's Both Days, cash awards, with a tour quality wedge for the KP on number 18 Sunday!

7. On Friday practice rounds will be available by contacting the Pro Shop. And, for a $20.00 entry fee golfers will be able to participate in a "Honey Pot" and "Skins" competition.

8. There will be an Auction and Raffle following play on Sunday. The tournament committee members have solicited a large number of items for these events. Bring a nice gift home after Play!

9. The projection is there will be over 40 Teams registered for the Tournament. There is still room for your Team. (Attached to this email is a Tournament Entry Form.) You can also pay with Credit Card online at www.lakechelangolfclub.com .

10. Most importantly, the Apple Cup Open Tournament is our primary fundraiser for the year. The proceeds from the Tournament fund Student Scholarships and support the Chelan High School Boys' and Girls' Golf Teams (The Manson Boys and Girls will also be supported going forward.)
